The effect of this H1N1 virus was such that it causes the first flu pandemic in the past forty years. Flu is highly unpredictable and the virus of the flu can enter the body in many different ways making the situation to worsen more. Flu is such a disease which is neglected by everyone at the initial stage, it is only after the worsening of the situation that one rush to the doctor.</p>
<p>Thus to avoid this situation, Centers for Disease Control and prevention has suggested the following tips, so that people are able to protect themselves and their family from flu.</p>
<p>• Everyone is recommended to take yearly flu vaccine as this is the most vital step towards protecting oneself against flu. Young children, pregnant women and people with chronic health problems like diabetes and asthma are at high risk of flu and hence these people should be done with the flu vaccination.
